The Southeast Regional
Technology Transfer Center
Finding
NASA solutions for industry
Global
communication has flourished in the past decade, uniting the world's markets
and driving increased competition. To remain competitive, especially in
the high technology arena, companies must create alliances to limit technology
costs, reduce time-to-market, and increase product variability. To help
your firm overcome these competitive hurdles, NASA has established Regional
Technology Transfer Centers (RTTCs) to facilitate partnerships that can
connect industry's technology needs with NASA's technology solutions.
In the
Southeast, the RTTC is part of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia
Tech). The SERTTC is funded by NASA to:
- Spread the word
to industry that NASA has a wealth of technology transfer opportunities,
including licensing and partnering activities.
- Assist companies
in finding the appropriate NASA technology opportunities that best suit
their product development needs.
- Guide companies
through the NASA technology transfer process.
